Matilde Ferrari, in arte PLASTICA, è una producer, polistrumentista e DJ veronese. Finalista allo JägerMusic Lab 2019 di Berlino, ha collaborato come musicista e produttrice con artisti quali Laila Al Habash, Splendore, Elasi, Kang Brulèe & Polezky, ma anche con realtà come Burro Studio e con il Sound Engineer Emanuele Mattozzi aka Emyk, arrivando a occuparsi di sound design per brand come Kappa, Swarovski e Vogue.
È stata selezionata per partecipare all’International Songwriting Camp 2021 di Italia Music Export e nello stesso anno è stata giudice all’OpenSound Festival.
Nel 2022 vince il bando Facce Nuove di Italia Music Lab (SIAE).
Attenta e attiva su diverse tematiche sociali, PLASTICA è una delle fondatrici di ‘POCHE’, collettivo aperto che si pone l’obiettivo di dare spazio alle donne nel mondo della produzione musicale, attraverso la cultura, l’informazione e l’inclusione.
A novembre 2022 è apparsa sui manifesti a Times Square per la campagna EQUAL di Spotify.

Matilde Ferrari, aka PLASTICA, is a producer, multi-instrumentalist and DJ from Verona, Italy. She was a finalist at the JägerMusic Lab 2019 in Berlin, has collaborated as a musician and producer with artists such as Laila Al Habash, Splendore, Elasi, Kang Brulèe & Polezky, and with realities such as Burro Studio and with Sound Engineer Emanuele Mattozzi aka Emyk, getting to deal with sound design for brands like Kappa, Swarovski and Vogue.
She was selected to participate in the International Songwriting Camp 2021 by Italia Music Export and in the same year she was a judge at the OpenSound Festival.
In 2022 she won the Facce Nuove call for entries from Italia Music Lab (SIAE).
Active on various social issues, PLASTICA is one of the founders of ‘POCHE’, an open collective that aims to give space to women in the world of music production, through culture, information and inclusion.
In November 2022, she appeared on Spotify billboards in Times Square for the EQUAL campaign.
