Artist, musician and producer Alex Braga is a pioneer in the field of artificial intelligence, the creator, together with University of RomaTre professors Antonino Laudani and Francesco Riganti, of A-MINT, an adaptive artificial intelligence that works with the artist in real-time that allows him to explore new frontiers of audiovisual creativity.
With A-MINT Alex Braga created Spleen Machine, an experimental avant-garde audiovisual show produced by the German label 7K!
He is the founder of Evolutional Festival, the first Italian audiovisual festival on artificial intelligence.
With A-MINT he has toured all over the world, including at the Ars Electronica in Linz, where in 2019 he was nominated for the S+T+ARTS=STARTS category, the European Commission’s special award for innovation in technology, industry, and society stimulated by the arts.
