Chloe è cresciuta in una famiglia di organizzatori di eventi artistici ed ha collaborato alla creazione di numerosi eventi fin da giovanissima. Dopo avere conseguito un BA presso il Trinity College di Dublino, ha lavorato per diversi festival ed eventi tra Dublino e Londra. Si è poi trasferita al Cairo nell’Ottobre 2012, dove ha lavorato per due anni come coordinatrice del Downtown Contemporary Arts Festival (D-CAF). Al momento sta conseguento un MA in Studi Arabi alla Georgetown University in Washington DC con particolare focus su sviluppo culturale ed urbano.

Chloe grew up in a family of arts managers and volunteered on numerous cultural events from a young age. After receiving her BA from Trinity College Dublin, Chloe worked on several festivals and events in Dublin and London, before moving to Cairo in October 2012, where she worked for two years as festival coordinator for Downtown Contemporary Arts Festival (D-CAF). She is currently pursuing an MA in Arab Studies at Georgetown University in Washington DC, with a focus on culture and urban development.
