Angelo Bellobono è un artista visivo e un allenatore di sci. Il ghiaccio e le montagne sono elementi metaforici nel suo lavoro; ghiaccio che rappresenta la memoria di archiviazione del pianeta, e le montagne raffigurati come cerniere e non barriere.
Ha ideato e realizzato il progetto Atla(s)Now basato sulla contaminazione culturale tra arte e abitanti delle montagne del Marocco sulla catena dell’Atlante.
Ha partecipato alla XV Quadriennale di Roma e del IV e V Biennale di Marrakech ed esposto in spazi pubblici e privati, come la Fondazione Volume e Wunderkammern di Roma, Envoy Gallery di New York e Changing Role di Napoli. Nel 2005 ha vinto il Premio Celeste per la pittura.

Angelo Bellobono is a visual artist and a ski coach. The ice and mountains are metaphorical elements in his work; ice representing the planet’s archival memory, and mountains depicted as hinges and not barriers.
He has designed and implemented the project Atla(s)Now based on cultural contamination between art and the inhabitants of the Atlas Mountains of Morocco.
He participated in the XV Quadrennial of Rome and the IV and V Marrakech Biennale and exhibited in public and private spaces such as the Fondazione Volume and Wunderkammern in Rome, Envoy Gallery in New York and Changing Role in Naples. In 2005 he won the Celeste Prize for painting.
