CO-FONDATRICE BURNING MAN

A catalyst of creative experiences, Harley Dubois is a founding member and Chief Transition Officer of The Burning Man Project, an annual event in Black Rock City set up by a temporary community in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert dedicated to the principles of self-expression and self-reliance. She is a member of the Council for the Black Rock Arts Foundation, which builds the Black Rock City and hosts up to 60,000 participants who construct the art work then incinerated during the Burning Man Project. Dubois is the soul of the Burning Man Project’s management, and supervises many of its aspects from community service, security, sustainability, to volunteerism. She has been one of the driving forces in establishing it as one of the most renowned artistic and cultural movements in the world.
