Paul Isaac’s is Head of Engineering & Information Management at Bristol’s Smart City Experimental Network joint-venture Bristol is Open, formed by Bristol City Council and the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom. Paul is also principal researcher in Project NeuralMimicry, which investigates a neuromorphic based approach to strong artificial intelligence using his own conceptual Autonomic Asynchronous Recursive Neural Network.
