Antoine Houlou Garcia studied at ENSAI (Ecole nationale de la statistique et de l’analyze de l’information) and at the EHESS (Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales) where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Political Science, and where he is preparing a PhD in Social Sciences.
Currently Head of Unit in the Directorate General of the French Ministry of Economy Building, he works on Trade, Crafts, SMEs in the field of economic and perspective statistics (evaluation of public policies). He was previously Head of Editorial at INSEE (Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques) and researcher at the Directorate-General for competitiveness in industry and services.
A 27 year old young poet, Antoine Houlou Garcia has origins from different Mediterranean countries (Spain, Algeria, Turkey). From this diversity, he inherited a passion for modern and ancient languages that strongly characterize his “Metamorphosis of Poetry.” ( Métamorphoses de la poésie -The Cheminante, 2013) and Le monde est-il mathématique? (Honoré Champion, 2015).

Antoine Houlou Garcia ha studiato all’ENSAI (Ecole nationale de la statistique et de l’analyse de l’information) e all’EHESS (Ecole des hautes études en sciences sociales) dove ha ottenuto un Master in Scienze Politiche e dove sta preparando un Dottorato in Scienze Sociali.
Attualmente a capo di un’unità presso la Direzione Generale delle Imprese del Ministero dell’Economia francese, lavora su Commercio, Artigianato, PMI nell’ambito delle attività statistiche, economiche e prospettiche (valutazione delle politiche pubbliche). Precedentemente è stato Responsabile Editoriale all’INSEE (Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques) e ricercatore presso la direzione generale per la competitività nell’Industria e nei servizi.
Giovane poeta di 27 anni, Antoine Houlou Garcia ha origini da diversi paesi del bacino mediterraneo (Spagna, Algeria, Turchia). Da questa diversità, ha ereditato la passione per le lingue moderne e antiche che caratterizzano fortemente le sue “Metamorfosi della Poesia”. Ha pubblicato la Métamorphoses de la poésie (La Cheminante, 2013) e Le monde est-il mathématique ? (Honoré Champion, 2015).
